  96. group of people who work on a variety of jobs.  Business Clock Link
  97. is a PC-based time clock that monitors where workers are, what they
  98. are working on and when they started and stopped.

  146.     1.4     Worker Scheduling. You may now enter a work schedule for
  147.             each worker which will prevent early clock-in, force an
  148.             end-of-day clock-out and automatically enter breaks and
  149.             lunches.  You can also schedule a particular activity
  150.             for the same time each day, such as housekeeping, and
  151.             the clock will automatically enter the transaction.

  153.     1.3     Worker Passwords.  You may now assign a password for any
  154.             worker.  This prevents intruders from discovering
  155.             clock numbers by randomly entering numbers.

  157.             Default Worker Job Numbers.  You can assign a worker to
  158.             one job number, suppressing any prompting for job.
  159.             Works great for the guard, janitor or any other worker
  160.             who always uses one job number.

  162.             Manager's Monitor. For those with networks, the boss can
  163.             watch workers come and go by monitoring all activity

  196. INSTALLATION:

  199.     The INSTALL.EXE program will move the files from the diskette
  200. to a hard drive directory, will check for a minimum of 640K of
  201. memory, and will display this README.1ST file for you.  You do not
  202. have to run INSTALL if you have already accomplished these things.

  204.     Installation is accomplished by inserting the diskette and
  205. typing "A:INSTALL" if the diskette was placed in drive A or
  206. "B:INSTALL" if the diskette was placed in drive B.
  207.  
  208.     No changes are made to your computer's config.sys or
  209. autoexec.bat files.
  210.  
  211.     If you are reinstalling Business Clock Link and you have
  212. existing data that you wish to keep, be sure to install to another
  213. directory or first move your old data to another directory
  214. temporarily.  Installation will destroy existing Business Clock Link
  215. data files in the directory.

  217.     If you are upgrading from a prior version and you wish to retain
  218. your existing data, you must run the File Upgrade Utility to convert
  219. your data files.  This is provided without charge to licensed
  220. users.

  222. STARTING BUSINESS CLOCK LINK:

  225.    1. Go to the directory where you installed Business Clock Link.
  226.       If you installed to the default directory, you can do this
  227.       by entering "cd c:\bclink" and pressing "Enter".

  231.    3. Print the tutorial document by selecting "Print the Tutorial".

  233.    4. Restart the program and return 'Enter' to all prompts until
  234.       you get to the main screen that shows the date and time at the
  235.       upper right, a scrolling 'marquee' message line at the bottom,
  236.       and a list of workers in the middle.

  239.       will provide you a overview of the capabilities of Business
